Every brand presents us with a different sales challenge. From new product launches or reinforcing brand visibility, to optimizing referenced portfolios or unlocking new sales channels. The dedicated or multi-brand sales teams at Panama are always up for the job!
For Unilever’s brands Lipton, Ben & Jerry’s and Ola, Panama manages its own specialized and dedicated out-of-home team: 15 well-experienced Panamese assure maximum distribution and visibility of the Unilever brands and their products. The distribution network is carefully maintained, new products are successfully launched, and business relationships are always taken care of.
To give an example: when Ola needed extra placement of branded refrigerators and other branding material at several playgrounds and local lunch spots, Panama made it happen.
The Field Sales Managers at Panama provide the appropriate coaching and follow-up of their sales agents, in close collaboration with the national field sales manager at Unilever.
Finally, our Panama HR back office takes care of recruiting the professionals needed for sales or personnel administration.
Brand Logistics and Merchandising
As one of the key players in FMCG, recruiting the right talent is essential! Unilever contacted Panama with the challenge of creating a stand that could be used at various recruitment Events. As every location or job fair is different, the Panama graphic design team created a versatile, colorful, and modular stand that can adapt itself to the available space. The stand is reusable and suits all kinds of HR or recruitment Events. On top of that, the stand can be easily shipped and installed wherever it’s needed. When the stand is not being used, Panama makes sure it’s safely stowed away!
Sales HR people support
Panama builds upon their 20 years of experience in sales, recruiting and training for Unilever’s recruitment of specialized sales profiles for their food solutions. Short but sweet.
As previously mentioned, Unilever relies on Panama for several aspects of customer navigation. Brand Activation is one of them. One successful example is the collaboration with Solo, one of Unilever’s brands and a manufacturer of butter.
To put Solo’s “golden butter” in the picture, Panama designed a fully wrapped, golden food truck to drive around Belgian roads to spread the Solo cheer! As the truck made stops in stores and railway stations, customers and visitors could enjoy delicious recipes – all made with Solo’s golden goods. Afterwards, visitors were given an inspirational leaflet with recipes, and they even had the chance to win different prizes!
For Unilever’s Out-of-Home Kick-Off Event, Panama transformed the Kinepolis cinema into a true Unilever temple! Goodies, branded POS material, and a food-stuffed fridge, all presented in a way to successfully highlight Unilever’s brands: Cornetto, Ola, Magnum, Zwan and Lipton. To top it all off, an inspiring speaker was asked to speak.
