For UCI, Panama planned the UCI Junior Conference & UCI Congress, specifically for junior and professional cyclists. The stakes were high as participation was mandatory. Panama was challenged to keep the look and feel of the Event like previous global ones, to provide consistency. The conference, which lasted about three hours, included many invited international guests.
