Surf’s Up! Volkswagen Beetle

Festivals are the perfect opportunity for young people to enjoy different experiences. That’s why we created the “Beetle Wave” festival stand, a place where true daredevils could try surfing on a surfboard. As the new Volkswagen Beetle was aimed at a younger audience, Panama made sure to create a dynamic and fun stand, shaped like a giant wave. Whoever had the guts to try was invited to ride the mobile surfboard. With sunglasses as giveaways and engaging photos to complete the image, a new wave of Volkswagen fans was created. The concept turned out to be a massive hit, as it caught on tremendously. On top of that, the intended coverage was exceeded – by far!
