Soapbox race for Q8

Q8 was looking for a fun and engaging way to bring different people from different departments together in a way they could use their own individual qualities. Panama Events provided a nice balance of creativity, skills, and cooperation, and added a healthy dose of rivalry. The team-building game? A soapbox race in a wooded area close to Breda! Each team needed a range of qualities and characteristics to build a car with materials that could be earned by completing tasks. At the end of the day, all the hard teamwork resulted in multiple magnificent soapbox race cars. During the race, the competitive spirit was put firmly to the test. What a way to get to know each other!
