Event Production Officer
As an Event Production Officer, you make sure ideas actually get built.
From setup and technical preparation to breakdown and returns: you’re part of the engine behind our events. You work closely with project managers, suppliers and crew members to make sure everything runs smoothly, safely and on schedule.
No standard 9-to-5, but a job full of variety, responsibility and the chance to help build events, activations and productions people talk about.
What will you do?
- Assistingwith the build-up of event locations
- Coordinatingsuppliers and crew on site
- Monitoring timing,qualityand safety
- Reactingquickly to last-minute changes
- Organisingand supervising breakdowns
- Checkingmaterials and locations
Who are you?
- Youare organised and keep a clear overview
- Youhave a hands-on mentality and like to get things done
- Youstay calm under pressure and switch gears quickly
- Youcommunicate easily and enjoy teamwork
- Youare flexible (evenings, weekends and irregular hours don’t scare you)
- Youhave a strong sense of responsibility
- Youhold a valid driver’s license (B)
